Registration and Accommodation booked through this website should be finalized by a remittance of payment covering registration fee and hotel deposit (one night room charge).
The invoice for registration fee will be issued using the billing data you will include in the registration form, please complete it carefully with your information (if the invoice has to be addressed to your Institution, please complete with VAT code too, if any).
The hotel deposit will be credited to your final bill to be paid at the hotel. Upon check out you will get from the hotel staff a receipt/invoice for your booking including both deposit and balance.
