We reserved a limited number of rooms at the Hotel Continental Ischia - Congress Venue.
Double for Single Use Room:
starting from Euro 125,00 per night
Double Room:
starting from Euro 160,00 per night
All rates are in euro (EUR) per room, per night.
Breakfast and VAT taxes are included (city tax not included).
Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out prior to the deadline.
The agency YES Meet will assist participants for booking accommodation and transportation to/from Ischia Island.
Terms and Conditions
It is mandatory to pay 1st night deposit to reconfirm your hotel reservation (by bank transfer or credit card).
As soon as deposit will be paid, your reservation file status will be changed to Confirmed and Paid.
Balance to be paid directly at the hotel at check out time.
Please note: City tax not included in the price.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your communication.
If you cancel after we confirm your booking, you must compensate us for losses, as we incur costs from the moment you make the booking. The closer your cancellation is to the departure date, the less likely we are to recover the costs by re-selling. Our cancellation charges therefore increase as the departure date approaches.
Following cancellation policy will be applied considering when your notification will be received from YES Meet:
After your booking until August 10th 2018 / No charge
From August 11th until August 31st 2018 / Loss of first night deposit
From September 1st 2018 / 100%
No show, later arrival or early departure / 100%
If you shorten your booking after the 1st of September 2018 the entire stay previously booked will be charged. Refunds will be net of any bank expense necessary for the money transfer. All refunds will be handled after the end of the Congress.
